Vanderbilt MSN 2015

I am applying for the MSN program in '15, due in December. I was wondering if anyone knew how much weight the GRE holds, in regards to being competitive? I am a little nervous about my scores not being competitive. Any advice will help!

For those that are part of the 2nd year cohort 2.5 hours out of Nashville, do you remember how often we are expected to return to Vanderbilt? I am just trying to strategize financially and couldn't remember if it was once a month, once a semester or something else!

I'm a little late to this but I was accepted pre-specialty to the adult gerontology acute care program last week! Extremely unexepectd and excited! My fiancé and I will be moving to Nashville pretty soon and I was wondering if anyone has ideas of places to live! We want to live about 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville and somewhere that's reasonably priced but not sketchy. Any ideas?

I was accepted to the pre-specialty PMHNP program. I received my letter on December 26, but I still haven't received an email linking me to the logistics page. I'm thinking about emailing them...

We looked at Bellevue and there didn't really seem to be much there. It was certainly the closest option and had some very reasonably priced locations but it seemed kind of dull (no shopping, resturants, etc)?

I am originally from Nashville- Hermitage/Antioch/Smyrna are about 20mins from campus granted youre not traveling into Nashville during rush hour (0645-815), then you'd have to allow an extra hour.

I am direct-entry (AG-ACNP), and I heard news of my acceptance into the program on December 17th. Also, to have been considered a priority applicant, you would have had to have submitted all your application materials BEFORE November 1st.

Will the online application be updated as soon as a determination is made? Because I check it occasionally thinking it might have an update before I get an e-mail or letter.
