Vaccination for clinical

Published

Hey all,

I just got accepted to the nursing program at my school. I've been there for about year doing the pre-req's and got accepted for Summer entry!

Part of the requirements clinical is to get all my vaccinations up to date and a TB test.

I'm not a believer in vaccinations. I filled out the paper work to attend college in the first place without getting vaccinated. At the time they called it a religious exception, so while that wasn't the reason I went with it because they didn't ask any more questions.

I'm just not interested in being injected with all the extra crap in the vaccine. The preservatives, the mercury and all the other junk. The high levels of failure of the vaccine as well as the toxins in the vaccines.

This is not a discussion about vaccines and anti-vaxers... this is about my clinical application to nursing school. I understand the hospitals want it because of our exposure to patients but I simply don't want that crap in my body.

Is there a way to get out of the vaccinations for my clinical?

Again no debate on why... I just want to know about possibilities to still enter my clinical without the vaccines.

Thanks,

John

My school suggested the Tdap instead of just tetorifice because apparently Pertussis has made a come back.

Serious question, why do you think this is?

Dr. Thomas Levy M.D. has a helpful solution for those that have to get an unwanted vaccine for some reason. Vitamin C always support an optimally competent immune system. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRweBPHk1Go&t=911s

At 15:30 he talks about taking Vitamin C starting the day before, the day of and for several days after a vaccine. Lypo C is absorbed close to 100%, so I would do that form in addition to regular vitamin C. They work well taken together. He said you can probably make the vaccine a non-toxic event doing this.

Every single thing you've ever posted is anti-vax. Do you just sit and lurk and wait for years for opportunities to do anti-vax trolling? Is that your only interest? Fascinating.

John, there are NO exemptions, no way around it. And you will have to prove not only that you had those vaccination, but that you remain "immune" for every job you ever apply for as a RN. I had to have the entire Hep series 3 times in nursing school before being declared a non-responder. And I still have to have my PPD every year, and have my titres for everything checked annually.

I hated getting all the vaccines, I had only ever been vaccinated for smallpox and rubella as a kid. But I not only wanted to be a nurse more than anything, and I wanted to work with very very sick people (I do), and I have absolutely NO right to potentially expose my patients to measles or anything else. BTW being a non-responder has been a hindrance. In my current job there are always jabs from management that I can't take a Hep B + patient, and I wouldn't be surprised if it keeps me out of a job someday- but I have no control over that. I lived through the vaccines, you will too. And be prepared to keep your mouth shut in nursing school on your personal views about vaccinations- people get written up or thrown out for less- no you are not protected by free speech in nursing school, despite the US Constitution. They can ALWAYS find a way to kick you out if you don't toe the line. ?

I'm sad I'm from the same country as UKgirl, so much ignorance.

This thread has been a hoot and has exceeded my expectations.

Did you ever read some of the several dozen safety studies on vaccines that I linked for you?

Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin. We cannot store it. The "absorbed close to 100%" is not a thing. Also, vitamin C is part of a complex pathway that requires multiple other cofactors, so -like all vitamins- you cannot take it alone and assume you are doing anything other than producing expensive urine.
