UTMB FALL 2019

The UTMB Fall 2019 application opens soon on November 15! Have you started on your essay or the TEAS preparation yet? I am so excited and nervous at the same time and have been stalking past threads on AllNurses.

Currently taking AP I and Microbiology and will be taking AP II in the Spring. I hope to take the TEAS by the end of December.

Please feel free to discuss your experience, stats, comments, etc.

Hello I submitted my application on Jan 15th early morning, however I have yet to receive my supplemental application. Should I be worried?

I think it takes some time for them to send it once NursingCAS processes your application. NursingCAS just processed my last transcript this morning and i submitted mine on the 15th as well

I also submitted it on the 15th and was verified until today. Does somebody know why they won’t verify one class? I sent them an email already, just wanted to know if anybody else had the same problem. The class is Texas Government.

I never received anything about my classes being verified, just my transcripts being process. the only thing that changed on my application was the status from submitted to complete. Does yours say complete?

My app in NursingCAS says verified. The transcripts came in, then they were processed, then verified. After verification, I received the supplemental app from UTMB.

My app said Complete when I had my transcripts processed (before verification) and after submitting the app. So I guess it goes from In Progress, to Complete, to Verified.

It may be taking a while as many people submitted their app at around the same time.

Mine was the same process it went from progress, to complete, and then verified. It was verified today, so I guess now I just have to wait for the supplemental application. I’m just concerned they didn’t verified one of my classes. But at least it was a government class and not a science. I’m still going to try to fix it though.

My current status is complete. I guess I need to wait for it to be verified .. ?

I submitted mine on January 15th as well.

None for me right now! But looking at past threads for UTMB, they seem to start sending out interview emails mid-February.

Hello everyone! I applied to UTMB for this fall and submitted my application a while back. I’m so nervous, I keep checking my email everyday even though I know they won’t be sending those out til next month ? does anyone know the average gpa of students that normally get accepted?

How long did it take to verify? Mine still says complete since 1/23.

This is how my application status has evolved:

Submitted: Jan 10th

Complete: Jan 19th

Verified: Jan 29th

Supplemental email sent: Jan 30th (20 hours after application became verified)

I also ordered my transcripts to be professionally entered but they don't start that process until your application is submitted. That may or may not have something to do with the speed that my status has been updated.
