Hi everyone, I just wanted to begin a thread for all UT Health SON students who are applying for Summer 2017. I didn't see a thread created for this term yet. I look forward to getting to know all of you as we begin this long journey. Feel free to share anything regarding the application process and/or ask any questions that you may have!

Just checking in... For those who have completed all pre-reqs, do you guys still have transcripts listed in your to- do list?

I am technically still missing one (Philosophy) but mine are off my to do list and it says my application is complete now (It still said incomplete up until like a week ago). I wonder if they decided that I met the requirements since I have a previous degree? One of my friends said that it is fairly common practice that pre-reqs that are core related are waived if you already have a degree.

My "To Do List" shows nothing outstanding and my application status shows complete even though I am currently taking Nutrition. I'm not sure why everyone's different.

Oh okay, thanks. The portal has transcript listed on my to-do list 3 times which is weird. One of them never came off after my spring application and 2 are from this application period. Not sure why...

My portal also still lists a missing transcript from the Spring application (the same one listed for summer since I till have classes in session at UTA) however, my actual pre-reqs are all complete.

My transcript didnt come off until I submitted my final transcript from HCC. It wasnt until about 3 weeks before the start of the semester.

It didnt affect me starting the semester on time.
