UT houston spring 2010 hopefuls

hi there, I'm a spring 2010 UT houston hopefull, I'm trying to see who else is embarking on this journey so we can support each other. I really enjoyed tracking the Fall 2009 class, and I hope we can do the same. I still have a few classes to take. I am currently taking chemistry. As of now my science GPA is 3.33, and overall gpa is 3.61. I am taking the net in May.

Can't wait to hear from others.

has anyone started their interviewing process for UTH? i know someone from my school has said that they started interviewing people for spring 2010.

no i haven't. yeah i was wondering that too,because i saw another post on here with someone saying they had a interview with UT like a week ago and it had to be for the spring.I just took my NET on saturday so they should be getting my scores this week to complete my application process so I hope soon!

Yeah! same thing i thought too, but i'm not sure.Their admission process is confusing.UT seems like they just start reviewing applications when they get them rather than having a time frame like TWU since they have so many applicants.

But I think that the bulk of the interview will be after the fall semester has started. Maybe sometime in October I think.

okay, i just got an e-mail confirming that the interviews for full-time spring 2010 won't be until AFTER the application deadline on september. she said that the interviews going on right now are for a different program for UTH so those going into the spring 2010 as a full-time student for the BSN program still have loads of time! :D

This might be a stupid question but is taking the NET August 22 too late for a September 1 application deadline? Do y'all know how long it takes for for the school to receive the results after the test is taken? I hope all is well with everyone.

well i would say yes it is! It takes a week for the school to get the results and you wanna be a little earlier than waiting until the last minute just to be on the safe side.I would try to take it maybe at the end of july if possible.
