hi there, I'm a spring 2010 UT houston hopefull, I'm trying to see who else is embarking on this journey so we can support each other. I really enjoyed tracking the Fall 2009 class, and I hope we can do the same. I still have a few classes to take. I am currently taking chemistry. As of now my science GPA is 3.33, and overall gpa is 3.61. I am taking the net in May.
Can't wait to hear from others.
Just wanted to post a little info about the A&M nursing school. The applications for the spring 2010 accelerated program (15 month) is up on applytexas.com right now until October 15th. The website for the nursing program is nursing.tamhsc.edu. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate in PMing me or just posting a reply to my post. Thanks! :)
Hmm...that sounds potentially doable. I'm gonna call on tuesday to see why they didn't take the courses. I really don't understand why they would accept me having taken allied health anatomy and physiology, but not the allied health chemistry lab. I'm already taking Intro to Organic and Biochemistry + lab, and the prospect of doing the basics again is ... off putting.I'm still waiting to hear back from the Health Science Center in San Antonio, which is my first choice school. If I get in there, it will save me a lot of grief. I wish these schools would have better standardization in what's required for admission. It would save us all a lot of money and trouble.
9 calls later. They gave me credit for chemistry lab, us government, english 1, and 3 hours of history.
♪ Oh happy dayyyyy ♫

Isnt is a cardinal sin to even mention A&M on a UT chat room....LOL....totally kidding....to bad College Station is far
It still has the burnt orange longhorn all over the website....hahahahahaha. Im still kidding. Yeah I own a home in the med-center so there is no way I am moving and I dont think my hubby would appreciate me getting an apt in a college town partying it up trying to relive my younger days. Thats sweet of you to mention it though because many people are willing to move and I didnt even know they had one

Congrats Cyclical Events. I know that takes a huge weight of your shoulders!
For the net I have: Reading 73 Math 85. Pretty good for studying only 2 days.
I received copies of my transcript twice before getting my interview letter. Best wishes to everyone!
