Candy- Just a heads up about Lone Star- the last time I tried to do an online transcript request I wound up having major issues! I kept wondering why the college I was trying to send it to wasn't getting it. After much difficulty and using multiple online transcipt requests I called North Harris to find out that their online transcript request hasn't been working for a very long time. It may be up and running now but it may be something you want to look into.

This is my first post on here :) I have been following this thread and have found it helpful so I thought I would let all of those who are still waiting on interview letters know that there is still hope!

I received my interview letter today. I had just about given up hope to receive one since it was getting so late in the month. I am so nervous now! My interview is on March 3rd at 11:30.

Any advice anyone?

I had my interview today, and it was pretty much exactly as described by many other applicants on here. I was one of the last people to get to interview and my lady was awesome! The first question, why do you want to be a nurse, stumped me for some reason!! LOL. I said something kinda weird and i felt like one of those robots in the movies that gets wet and breaks down. OMG! it was so funny that i busted out laughing:lol2:. thank god she laughed too. We chatted for about 30 minutes. She laughed several times, so I think thats a good sign. It was a pleasant conversation and after the first question I just decided to just be me and it worked out. I had all these canned answers in my head, but in the end it was just best to be myself and speak from the heart. If any of you want to know specifics, just email me. I need to make dinner but will be on later.

Seems like no one has posted anything in a while. Is there anyone who wants to share interview experiences? Sigh....now the waiting comes, but I am definitely relieved now that the interview is over. It really wasn't that bad.

I was there one Tuesday too; I'm sure we probably talked--just didn't realize it at the moment. I wasn't part of the first group that got called in to interview, but I wasn't far behind them. However, my ride took a little while to come, so by the time I left, there was only one person still waiting for their interview. LOL...

I thought the last interview was on Feb.22nd but I see someone has theirs on March 3rd. Is that the last interview day? Has everyone on here already recieved the interview letter? I am just so anxious!!!

I hear that interviews will go on through til' the first week of March. And then--- we get our letters sometime throughout April... If you think about it, it's not really a long time after all the interviews are finished, and they have to review all the interviews before choosing... It would be wonderful just to get in, but if I do, I really hope to be chosen for the Pacesetters program.
