UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

A coworker was telling me of a MA student that was doing clinical in a doctors office. For some reason the MA student could not get the B/P of the patient using the arms, so she attempts to take the B/P from the neck ! :eek:

Thank goodness the doctor walked in as she was inflating the cuff.

Along the lines of the nursing student who was sent for a set of fallopian tubes from the storeroom, or the porter sent for a "long weight" from another ward that everybody swears "I was there when it happened!"
