Hello, all!

My name is Christina Smith! I know I started this thread a little soon, but I am sure others are just as anxious as I am about applying! I have submitted my application for the spring 2016 program I just want to post some background information about myself, and anyone who has been accepted to previous semesters can share some insight with me if the wish!

I have a 3.9 GPA. My science gpa is as follows:

A: A&P 1

A: A&P 2

B Micro (Which was taken in 5 weeks, do they view the length of the semester?!)

I have gotten As in all of my other courses, and just need algebra and chemistry (which I am taking together this fall.)

I have been a CNA for 2.5 years, and have worked as a med tech for 14 months, and have recently been employed by Carroll Hospital as a MED/SURG PCT.

I have not taken my TEAS, but have purchased a study guide and plan to STUDY STUDY STUDY!!

I was accepted into my community college's ADN program, but I want to step outside my comfort zone and head towards my dream school. I am so nervous!!!!!!!!!

I probly should've just driven down there while I was home but since I'm at school now, I can only wait and hope lol

So waitlisted people should continue to check their status occasionally, because if a spot opens up and they are accepted, their status would change right?

I would assume so... I know waitlisted people can also receive calls from admissions notifying them of their admitted status. As to when this may happen, it's any ones guess. Depends on too many factors.

Did anyone get declared out of state for tuition on their acceptance letter? I'm definitely in state and have lived here my entire life so somethings not right. Hopefully it won't be a problem switching to in state

Did you submit the in-state classification form with your application materials?

I would definitely call then! I am sure it is fixable!

Problem solved! Called and it was immediately changed after looking my information up. Heading there today to hand in my confirmation form

I just received the letter informing me of my waitlisted status. Waitlisted applicants will hear from admissions by January 8 if they are pulled off the waitlist and admitted into the Spring 2016 term. If not, I guess your application gets forwarded for the Fall 2016 term.

Admissions have started changing statuses for those who turned in their forms and deposits.

I received the letter as well, kayrock. I feel myself starting to get anxious all over again. Now for more waiting!

it also says if you want to apply again after spring 2016, you need to submit all application materials again and pay the fee. I guess they are really changing how they do it this semester.
