REMINDER!!! The deadline to submit your Fall application is nearing. As of now, the deadline has not changed from February 2 (short of 4 weeks away).
This is my second time applying--I was wait listed for the Spring term. Currently, I am studying to take my TEAS exam again on January 27th. This exam was the only portion of my application I was not confident in. I scored a 70% without refreshing my memory on key concepts by studying before hand. I did find the test to be a "you either no it or you don't" kind of thing so from personal experience--STUDY!
I have no outstanding prerequisites and my sciences are as follows:
AP1. -- B
AP2. -- A
CHEM -- B
MICRO -- A
I had the privilege of chatting with the last group of students and found this forum to be quite helpful! Please use this post as a way of communicating, sharing experiences, and giving advice. Hopefully, we will be classmates in the Fall!:)
For those who have been wait listed,
I spoke with the assistant director of the BSN program and asked if my application will roll over next semester. I was informed if this is your first time applying after all spots have been filled we would get an email asking if we would like to reapply next semester. If so the application fee would be waved and if we would like to make changes i.e. letters of recommendation, TEAS score etc. then we can. If you choose to use the same letters of recommendation then your professor has to email the school indicating that they may use the letters again. She also mentioned if you are currently taking classes as soon as grades are out send your transcripts. I have a tiny bit of hope that I will get off the wait list, if not there is next semester. I already paid Towson the enrollment fee and have started their check list. I will be taking some classes and apply for their nursing program in the spring also. So next semester something better happen lol.

I'm sorry about your news.
Do they ever notify you why you are rejected? Like I understand they may not say it's because of grades, but perhaps missing application info. IDK. It just seems weird to have been waitlisted one semester and then flat out rejected the next time around.
