UIC Fall 2021 BSN Program

I submitted my app for UIC yesterday. I'm anxious for the result. So for anyone else who applied what is your GPA and your extracurricular activities? I'm a transfer student with a 3.2 GPA and I've worked at an animal hospital for 3 years. 
I got denied last year due to my GPA so I'm just trying to figure out my chances, and where I can improve if I get denied again. ?

My application status also says “submitted” but I did get the letter. Did you try to check your spam folder??

I did! Nothing in there ? Now I am EXTREMELY anxious LOL

Don’t be !! It might’ve just get lost (those things happend you know ? ) but I agree with domdom56 though. Best way to email them and address that directly. Don’t give up just yet!!

Thank you guys for the help! I am trying to stay calm LOL! I did email --------------------- just now so hopefully a response tomorrow?!? Congratulations to everyone ?

I got waitlisted too. ? I wonder if they have a "deadline" for the waitlist students. I've heard where some students get waitlisted, and then the university accepts them a week before classes start. I would hate that considering my back up plan is Illinois State and I would have to move there. 

Also, for the people who were waitlisted, did you enter your name and email address? Did you get a confirmation that you signed up for the waitlist? When I submitted to be put on the list I never got a confirmation email so did they not send one or did I enter the wrong email?

The deadline is April 30th to confirm to accept or decline the waitlist position. I entered my name last name and email. And I don't think there is a conformation email I even screenshoted in case and resubmitted to make sure I wasnt reading anything wrong but after you confirm your position to be waitlisted you don't get a email conformation after

I tried to register again but is said I already submitted so I’m hoping I did it right.

I know that the deadline for us to register is April 30, but I’m talking about when will the university let us know. They said in the email that there is no date, but I just don’t want to find out I got accepted after I move to Illinois State.

For anyone on the waitlist (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) said, "I’m still working through emails, so apologies for the delay if you’ve reached out. I will send a confirmations by the end of next week stating whether or not we’ve received a response from you."

Also if you get pulled from the waitlist and get accepted can you guys let us know. Please and thank you!

Hey everyone! 

Regarding that email (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) sent out a few days ago about our portal giving us access to submit the payment...I know it looks different for current UIC students and transfers but for current UIC students is the status portal he is reffering to the one where we submitted our application on admissions.nursing.uic.edu or is there a different portal?
