Hey Hey. Im on the same boat as you. Thats nuts you have a MSN and wasnt accepted. So what is your status this time around?

Still no call for a unit manager interview . HR apparently looked me up when I called last week and they just said they are still calling people thru the end of the month. I can't help feeling discouraged, tho, with so many interview dates being scheduled already.

so does anyone have any idea where we can find how many new grads they are taking?

i cant believe 1700 people applied, that means that they must have a lot of people to interview.

From what I heard from the grapevine.. they talentplus interviewed 300, & are taking 100. If they don't find what they're looking for in the initial 300 - they'll start grabbing more from the waitlist and such. I'm not sure if this is still the case though.

Hey Sharon, So you did the Talentplus and references last time you applied? and they had you do it again this time aorund?

Yes, I did TalentPlus & references the first time. but since I already did it the first time, I didn't have to go through that process again. Still have not heard anything yet, and no change in status on my login.

Is anyone from out of state? I'm from the midwest and I'm curious if anyone who got interviews flew out there and if so how far in advance did they schedule your interview?

Yes, I am from the midwest and I applied for 3 ICU positions. I actually have my interview tomorrow, which sounds like when most of the ICU interviews are for. I set my interview up exactly 2 weeks ago and I flew out here for my interview.

Same here I have the same time. I wonder if it's a group interview! how scary! :) No, I have no idea how many they are interviewing tomorrow but I know that they had other time slots so I'm guessing they will be interviewing a lot of ppl. Did they said who will be interviewing you tomorrow? They said the director will be interviewing me.

I believe im not allowed to post names here. I wish we could PM each other but i dont have enough posts/messages. Do u have ADN or BSN? i hope its not panel interview...heard if its panel, they ask a lot of clinical questions...

Oh yea I know we can't post names on here. I will be graduating this summer with a BSN. I really hope it's not a panel interview!!!! well they never mention anything like that but just the director will be interviewing. So lets cross our fingers that it's not!!! How about you? ADN? BSN? and have u passed the NCLEX? From reading older posts of the program, they never mention anything of a panel interview.....
