UCLA New Grad Program 2010

Has anyone heard anything back from the UCLA New Grad Summer Program for 2010? I applied in the beginning of February and have only had a phone interview so far, with no feedback yet. Any info or others' experience would be much appreciated, thank you!

Congrats to all you guys with interviews! When do the rest of us throw in the towel? I applied to Picu...liver icu transplant and oncology .. Had talent plus over 5 weeks ago:-/

I was offered a position (by phone call) last night from the unit manager at SM =) If your interested in the specific unit, just PM me. Hang in there guys and have confidence! Wish everyone the best of luck!!

Also for those that will be offered a position, PM me if your interested in rooming together. Ill be moving to LA before the start date and have no idea where to start looking for a places to live! Any suggestions would be great!!

Don't give up. Just call the UCLA Recruitment... That's what I did..

Congrats Potassium! =) I got a job offer from SM today too. Maybe I'll see you at orientation. My manager told me it starts around Feb. 14th, when is yours?

I got a job offer at SM!!!! WOW I cant believe this is happening! Of course I accepted!! Finally, good things are starting to happen for me! It starts sometime in March!

Good luck to everyone else! I really wish everyone could get hired! This is such a great hospital to work for! Happy holidays to everyone and I love ALLNURSES for all the support and inspiration!

i know that I just had my interview a couple days ago and have a while to wait before I hear a response, but I HATE THIS! I really really want and need this job! I dont know what I will do if I get rejected once again! This is the farthest I've ever gotten since being out of school in nov 09, I I hate to think that it will stop there! Just have to keep praying that I was impressive enough!

I got offered a position at SM UCLA for the cardiac step-down unit!!! So excited! I had interviews with Liver Tx ICU and Neurosurgery as well, so if anybody has any questions about those units, feel free to PM me. I'd be more that happy to help!

it looks like so far SM unit managers are hiring early. On this thread, I've only seen cardiac step-down and peds. Congrats, what a nice christmas present that is! Where did the rest of you get hired?

& for the rest of us who is still left in the dark, there is still hope!!!
