Anyone get job offer after they called reference's? I had interview this past Tuesday with Donovan San Diego and they called some of my references on Wednesday. Just curious of how many of those they followed up on references received job offer. Thanks

I actually happened to be at Disneyland today and swung by the first aid station. I talked with a nurse there about how to go about getting a job at Disneyland. She told me that they look for 5 years of experience first and foremost; I asked if they prefer ER/Med surg...She said as long as its five years of experience. I also asked if they hire many full time RN's; she said that they do have some full timers, but most are part time/per diem(1-2 days a week). They also do 9 days of 'training' to get them up to Disneyland speed:O. haha. Anyway...she said just keep an eye out and apply when I have around 5 years of experience. Hope that helps.

Hello, I wanted to start this thread for the Scripps Healthcare new graduate nurse position. The program was suppose to start August 12th 2011 from what I was told. Just wanted to start getting familiar with all of the people that applied and hopefully get some useful information going in this thread!:)

Oh and April 1 is LA childrens new grad app and not so far away is Vegas st. Rose versant program April 1

Hey sunny:)...that's what the lady from hr said when I interviewed; but I just wanted confirmation lol...I'm just on pins and needles ... I lived down in San Diego when I went to sdsu...I love it there and scripps is the best!

Lol yea..I start rationalizing...well they are eating lunch right now...well if they hire 60 then that takes s long time to make calls...well they are also hiring other ppl for 'other' jobs....well maybe they started at the end of alphabet lol...man I am freaking out lol
