Hey there, I am planning on applying to the UCLA MECN 2016 program and was wondering if anyone else out there was applying as well. Just curious about other applicants and hoping to go through this application process with some other people! Would love any feedback. Thanks :)

Has anyone on the wait list \ been accepted yet? Or heard anything, other than perhaps your rank number on the list?

I don't think much will change in regards to the waitlist until after deposits are due.

Really? Aww...I was hoping to find out sooner than later. Well, I actually don't know when deposits are due. I'm so happy to be on the wait list at least since I was pretty sure I was going to get a flat out rejection, but now I'm stoked and I'm obsessively checking my application status and this forum, lol. I feel like I shouldn't worry, but it's not over till it's over, ya know?

Hey all! I got the "recommended" admission email from Rhonda, and I was wondering what the email of "acceptance" says for those of you who got it. Was it sent from Rhonda or from someone else at the Graduate Division office? Also, did it contain a link to the official decision letter? I only see a link to https://appstatus.grad.ucla.edu/Account/Login.aspx, and my status there still says no decision has been made.

Congrats to those accepted! I also received the letter stating I have been recommended to the graduate division for acceptance though it states on the bottom "Congratulations on your acceptance into UCLA." and speaks about notifying them by e-mail and accepting in the system once I receive official notification in 2-3 weeks. I wasn't sure what to make of it when some mentioned they were accepted and their link officially worked.

I've clicked my link and unfortunately it states no decision has been made. Either way, congrats to those accepted, and sending good vibes to those in waitlist+those denied pending other school applications!

Tried to join the facebook group but I don't have a UCLA e-mail.
