What all did you include in your attachment? I did a cover letter, resume, transcripts, and letter of recommendation.

I did CV, résumé, transcript, and letter as well but in the lower one I put all of my certifications. I think it was like 8 or 9, somewhere around there.

Oh man, I thought we were only supposed to have one document with everything in it, and I didn't include the certifications. 😞

I did too but I was confused as to why they would have a separate section for uploads in that case. I have no idea LOL. I kept thinking about withdrawing my application and not including those in that part or adding them with the resume. But we'll have to show proof of licensure and certifications if accepted anyway.

Hi! Thanks for creating this thread! Did you guys use the clinical experience table they put on their website? Not sure if they want that exact format

I didn't.  I do have it included on my résumé though.  But no details because it was already too long. 😕 How about you?

I didn't use their template either because I'm scared the table won't transfer well 😭 I put all the information they want in my resume (clinical site, hours, etc) in my own format, so I hope that's okay

Exactly! It'd be daunting to have to reformat after inputting everything.  I did the same. Had everything except duties performed at each clinical site. So yeah, fingers crossed they accept ours as way is.
