UC Davis New Grad Residency Fall 2020

Is anyone planning on applying? Application period opens up April 29th. I am curious how it will work out with unit placement when so many programs in CA did not get to finish their preceptorships.

Hi Guys!

I'm joining the thread a little late! I got a call on July 2nd to interview on the 20th for the October start date. I felt like my interview went pretty well, but we will see what happens! I interviewed for North/South 1 Adult Annex.

They said it could take up to two weeks to hear back! I'm just curious if anyone knew if they typically reach out sooner than later? Or do they tend to get back to you in two weeks?

Has anyone else heard back or gotten offers for the October start date?

Would love to know/hear about anyones experience!

no sometimes it takes time to get it. I’ve heard it can take up to a week. that’s just the next step ?

Hello! My application for the residency program in L&D still says under review. Has anyone heard back from L&D? Also, does anyone know who I can contact to check the status of this? Thanks in advance!

My application for OR residency program changed from "application under review" to "no longer under consideration." I'm not sure when this happened as I hadn't checked in a while, but the status does change if they are no longer considering you. Just wanted to let you all know in case anyone was wondering.

Mine did also, for the OR Residency Program, but not for the New Grad Residency Program. I think it happened yesterday or the day before.
