Hiya folks!
It's a bit early, but since the application period opens in a couple of months, I thought I'd start this topic to share support/encouraging words/info/nervousness.
Is anyone else already excited for next September?

I think somebody was enquiring about this. I found this on canvas under modules:
"Questions: Are there any word limits on Section 2 - List of Additional Learning and Accomplishments) in the BSN Supplemental Application?
Answer: Currently due to a technicality in the form, there is no word limit identified in this particular section/question. Even though a word limit not identified, the form may impose similar word limits.
Please limit your responses for this question to a maximum of 300 characters including spaces. "
I hope this is helpful!
I've logged into Canvas, but I am not enrolled in any courses (I.e. I can't access the "Modules" that you are talking about). My Canvas page is entirely blank; does anyone have the same problem? Maybe this is accessible only to current UBC students? ?

I am not a current UBC student but I have attended the info session, I don’t know if self-registering into one of those sessions will open the access.

Hey did you ever get the answer to this? my essay is between 3500 and 4000 and it lets me submit it but I don't want to go over 3500 if that is the limit they are asking for. Thanks!
Did anyone apply to any schools other than UBC this term?
I'm only applying to UBC. I unfortunately didn't take any Chemistry courses in highschool or my undergrad (I was planning on going into a different career that didn't need it). When I decided to pursue nursing, UBC was the only one that didn't require it. Since I found the Chemistry elements in my A+P courses easy, I don't think it will be a problem. If I don't get accepted into UBC this term, I might have to take a chem course to be able to apply to other school. Does anyone know of any other BSN programs that don't require chem??
I feel confident about my application, but the large amount of applicants are making me nervous.

Langara doesn’t need it either
Does anyone know how they evaluate courses you have retaken?
I have completed my degree already. I was wondering for the most recent 30 credits when retaking a course what mark would they look at? Do you know if they would take the most recent attempt for the course? Or if they both fall into my most recent 30 credits would both marks be evaluated?
Thanks!
Hi all! Question for anyone who has completed a bachelor's in an English-speaking country - did you get the English requirement waived? I didn't submit an English prerequisite waiver, but I have completed an accepted ENGL course, and so I'm not sure if I should select "I have completed the requirement" or "I will have completed a bachelor degree" - the latter suggests that I'm wanting the prerequisite waived, but I didn't apply to request that . What do you think?

I just realized I clicked the bachelor degree option but I do have two acceptable ENGL courses. Hopefully it's not a huge issue.

At the bottom of the supplemental where we're asked to list course codes, did you just list your HAP courses, or your ENGL courses as well?

UBC just sent out an email saying that they've gotten a high amount of applicants - 800 so far.
