Hi everyone,
I'm considering MEPN application to the UofA next year. I've been in touch with the advisor, Chris Sogge, for the past 3 years. I have a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Biology from Canada . Chris said that I need a pre-req GPA of 3.7 at least to get into the program; mine is 3.3. Do I stand any chances? Did anyone get in with lower pre-req grades? I'm trying to juggle pre-req taking with a toddler. Thanks so much for your advice!
Marina.

Thank you for this info! I will ask my doctor to try the booster because going through the whole series again would be so unfortunate LOL
Hey guys! If ya'll are still working on your vaccinations / titers.. I came across a website that makes life easy! The website is: requestatest.com
Purchase the lab and once you receive the email confirmation, go to your nearest LabCorp to get it done. My Varicella IgG titer was only $55 (my PCP charged $120 for the same titer, um no thank you!)
Hope this helps someone! Good luck ?

You can do it through Sonora quest too. Not sure if one is cheaper than the other.

Non reactive surface antigen test means you don't actively have Hep B. Non reactive surface antibody test (the one we need), means you are not immune & need a booster/full series.
I have had my NetID, password and duo security set up for two and a half weeks now! I have used all possible links to access the learning tab but every time I click it it brings up the 'error' message. I contacted the number they provide in the error message for IT support and they stated I am not fully admitted so I would not have access for a few days but it has been well over a week and I still have had zero luck.

I have had the same issue with UAccess learning. I have attempted to contact IT on four separate occasions. They said the were running a fix on the account but it never worked. I also got the same response about my account being labeled as admit rather than student. I attended the Webinar a couple days ago and I was told that multiple people are having the same issue and that IT is working on resolving it however there still is not a timeframe on this.

OK thank you so much for the update! I work on the west coast and was unable to attend the webinar so this is very helpful. It is reassuring that I am not the only one having this issue!
On that note, does anyone have the link for the webinar for those unable to attend. I know they said thye would send it out shortly following the webinar so hoping I can have access to it over the weekend
