I just went back to the email and the same link worked this time! Hopefully, it works for you all now as well.

I emailed CON, Suzanne Templin and submitted a form to the Regents Board. Hoping they recognize that a tuition increase at this time will be absolutely unreasonable... Also, I was unable to attend the webinar last week due to work. I saw the email with the link, but it will not work for me. I wanted to ask here before emailing them... Anyone have this problem and solve it? Thanks!

A few quick questions! I tried logging on to UAccess again since it is after March 28th... anyone else still having this problem? Also, I have been patiently waiting for my financial aid packet to come in since I completed my FASFA over a month ago, but I have not received anything yet. I do not have any "holds" on my account and completed the 'student action required' dropdown under the financial aid section in my UA student access. Also, I checked my UAccess and for both the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 years it says my FASFA was received, no further action required, but under awards, it says "none". I emailed the financial aid office a detailed questions about when it should come in and the answer was confusing. It said, "As you have been recently admitted for Summer of 2020, your financial aid awards should be packaged with the rest of our current students for the Summer session on May. Look on your account in case we ask for additional information" This was very generic and did not answer my question of when I will receive it. Does everyone else have their financial aid packets? Or do they not come in until May? It just concerns me as I am moving in from out of state and will need to know how much money I am receiving for living purposes, etc. Thank you!

UA MEPN 2020
Hi again! I was wondering if anyone was able to get ahold of anyone at CON/UA to inquire about the status of our start date/cb requirements etc. I am located in a county on full lock down, the obgyn office I work for is completely closed and we are not to leave our houses for anything but absolute necessities such as the grocery store until April 7th... I do not know how I am going to get my drug test done and second tb test due to the current status of the healthcare system and labs. Unless something drastically changes by April 7th I think I am going to have a difficult time meeting some requirements... Anyone have a phone number or email that they get responses to? I have tried contacting people and have not received any replies... Thank you!

I am currently in the Bay Area and my county has officially put out statements saying no social gatherings with 10 or more people... I know it is getting very serious where I am, and I am concerned about moving at this time. I hope that the CON gives us an idea of what will happen in the near future because it is hard to work full-time in healthcare right now, plan for a move, get all the requirements done, and figure out school loans etc. Even if the prediction is that we still start classes in May but clinicals are postponed that would at least give an idea of what stage of planning we need to be in now. Our clinicals are not supposed to start until June I thought so maybe that is enough time for things to smooth over enough to the point that the program can stay on track... I am trying to stay hopeful, but it is hard! Anyone in AZ please post updates on the status of the COVID situation across your state /specifically Phoenix & Tucson.. Hoping everyone stays healthy and bonded because now is the time to really rely on one another! Thanks all for your input

I completely agree! I work closely with a doctor who's cousin is an internal medicine doctor in Italy right now where things are really intense... He wrote an email to her over the weekend detailing the catastrophe the virus has caused locally and nationwide in Italy... stating "it is worse than you can even imagine, like a war zone." My office is taking precautions, but still the healthcare in the US is not at all prepared for the possibility of what looms in the near future. Since taking precautions we have already had cases of COVID closing in on our patients, putting the staff and other patients at risk. It is so much to take in everyday, but I hope everyone is educating themselves so they can take proper measures to keep themselves, family, friends, neighbors, and strangers as safe as possible!

I have also been curious how COVID will affect starting school in such a short amount of time. I live in the Bay Area, and locally many schools, companies, and organizations have shut down and moved things online or entirely rescheduled even to June. I know it is happening all over the US, but I do not know the extent of Arizona's cases or the projection of the spread there. The prediction in my area (based on currently working in a doctor's office and research from the CDC and WHO) is that the next month or longer will be intense in healthcare as we try to navigate the uncertainty of the spread of this virus. Hopefully, UofA will soon come out with information on it so that we can be prepared for the possibility of delay or something of that sort if that is found to be absolutely necessary!

Oh my gosh sorry for the confusion! I totally misspoke. It does say "complete" If everything says complete that means no further action I hope?

I had a question regarding the CB uploads... If everything you have submitted is "approved" then that means you are okay for that requirement correct? I just wanted to make sure my proof of insurance is okay since I am out of state, I still have any type of coverage in AZ I just was not sure if this is something I need to have further evaluated since it was approved from my insurance card upload

I had the same question today and knew I had seen a requirement for two somewhere... So the grad school health requirements are "two separate tb skin tests within 6 months of each other and at least 1 week apart" Such a pain but I am going to have two done just to be on the safe side!

OK thank you so much for the update! I work on the west coast and was unable to attend the webinar so this is very helpful. It is reassuring that I am not the only one having this issue! On that note, does anyone have the link for the webinar for those unable to attend. I know they said thye would send it out shortly following the webinar so hoping I can have access to it over the weekend

I have had my NetID, password and duo security set up for two and a half weeks now! I have used all possible links to access the learning tab but every time I click it it brings up the 'error' message. I contacted the number they provide in the error message for IT support and they stated I am not fully admitted so I would not have access for a few days but it has been well over a week and I still have had zero luck.

Thank you for this info! I will ask my doctor to try the booster because going through the whole series again would be so unfortunate LOL
