Either Speech or Occupational Therapy. There are no ST or OT emergencies; infrequent weekends/holidays and no night shift (though I prefer to work nights as an RN).
You get no charting, one patient at a time, move the problem patients out quickly(no wrestling all day with someone in withdrawl), no call lights, decent pay and very clearly defined job responsibilities.
