Hello, I am Ray a pre-nursing student in Texas trying to get in the RN program in the Fall 2010. Is there any guys out there that are in the same boat I'm in it would be nice to talk to some of you!!!

Yup, i'm with you. Planning on starting nursing program in fall of 2010 at McLennan Community College in Waco. I'm just trying to keep my high GPA so that i get in.

Yes, I am trying to get into the Texas Tech 2nd degree BSN in 2011. I am a 3rd grade teacher and want a change in career. I have always been focused on becoming a nurse, but really never pursued it. Well, it's time!!! I eventually want to go to grad school for nurse anesthesia either Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth or UT in Houston.

Hello, My name is David. I am trying to get into the LVN Program at Angelina College that starts in Jan 2010. If I don't make it then I will be trying for the RN program in the fall of 2010. Good to know I am not the only guy trying for nursing in this neck of the woods.

This is Raymond. I start the ADN program in the fall at San Antonio College here in San Antonio. Hope you guys do well in the upcoming semesters. Myself included. :)

I just finished up my first semester at Texas A&M HSC, CS. I'm going for my BSN. I think its nice to see some other males going into the field. Just remember that all of these nursing schools are competitive. I know someone who was turned down with a 3.9 GPA at my school. `

Iasl ohave another semester or so of prereqs. I will be able to qualify in 2010 nursing school. I gave up building race motors for this lol. Anyway, it would be nice to chat on here or phone, or yahoo to someone in same boat and knows what i am going through.
