  1. It's good to have healthy dose of anxiety. It means you care about what you are doing. I suggest just to focus on your last semester and remember that nursing school is just the basics of what we need to know. The hospital that you work for will teach you a lot more and you will be well prepared to do your job. This is from another nursing student graduating in May.
  2. I got accepted April 2nd to Covenant School of Nursing in Lubbock, TX. I have to meet with student health and become a human pin cushion. I still have to take A&P II in the Summer I semester and will begin August 8th. Congrats to everyone who are beginning this journey and I wish you the best!!!

  4. Yes, I am trying to get into the Texas Tech 2nd degree BSN in 2011. I am a 3rd grade teacher and want a change in career. I have always been focused on becoming a nurse, but really never pursued it. Well, it's time!!! I eventually want to go to grad school for nurse anesthesia either Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth or UT in Houston.
