I know it's pretty early to be starting this forum, but I just wanted to put my voice out there and see if there is anyone else out there hoping to join TWU's nursing program in the spring of 2013? What are you taking this semester (spring 2012), and when are you taking the TEAS-V entrance exam?
After this spring semester of taking microbiology, chemistry, developmental psychology, and statistics, I'll be ready to apply before the September 1st deadline! I'm hoping to take the entrance exam in the summer - probably June or July.
So yeah, I just wanted to see who else was out there!
Yay! I got my acceptance letter today! My stats are 3.95GPA, 3 of the 4 first attempts, 80% on the TEAS-V. Thank you to everyone for keeping me motivated! Oh and I was 3rd on the list!

Nope trying to keep up with the stats to apply in January for Fall 2013. I'm torn between retaking the TEAS again or not. I got an 84% 4/4 attempts but have a 3.596 GPA overall.

For those of you who have not heard of Dropbox.com, now is a great time to start up an account. Dropbox offers free online storage (cloud storage), similar to icloud. One big advantage is you can create & share folders between users in real time; which works great for group projects. I used this during my BBA Capstone class, and it is a life saver.
Also, right now, Dropbox is targeting students and has a promo for more free space. All we have to do it either associate our TWU email or sign up with our TWU email to get more free space. For every person that does this, we all get more space for 2 years. Right now, TWU is in second place statewide in their little state-by-state competition. Not sure what happens if we get first, but I am curious to find out.

I am though. I was told that I was 6th for dallas. Makes me wonder if they have not sent out for that campus yet. Like I said, Cheryl replied with some thing talong the lines of next week emails will be sent out.

I believe they have sent the second round of emails out for the Dallas campus...Dana_K just got hers yesterday and she was third on the waiting list. Have you checked your email?

Yeah, nothing yet. Just thought for sure they pick up more than a few. Could be wrong. Guess I will call monday then and get the details.
