TWU Fast Track Summer '09

Is anyone out there applying for the fast track program starting in the summer for the Dallas campus? I am applying. Will have my pre-reqs completed in January. I am very stressed about them only accepting 30 students!!! Does anyone have any thoughts, concerns, anything??!? I think I am going crazy waiting for April to come to know if I got in or not! :bugeyes:

Has anyone received any additional information on WHEN the application will be up? December is almost over and the application still says "check back in December".

Wish I knew! I check the site EVERY blessed DAY and no application. It would certainly relieve a lot of anxiety if I could just fill it out already!

I want to make sure I did this right... Do you guys called the ERI and asked the score to be sent to TWU? Because I asked them to be sent to Denton campus and the guy told me that there is only one place for the score to be sent to TWU. Kinda wondering how you guys requested your scores to be sent. Thanks!

i called the office of student records, where i have everything sent, to make sure they received my scores, which they did, so i assume everything's right. i think, even though the "campus" is in dallas for the upper level classes, they still coordinate with the main denton campus on most administrative stuff.

on another note, i haven't filled out the app. yet cause i'm waiting for them to post grades from transcripts they just received from another school. there weren't any surprises on it, were there?

It's an extremely simple, 5-minute application. Almost scary simple. And it almost hacked me off to fill it out because all they want, other than your name and address, is your GPA and the date you took the NET. So sad that those are the only two criteria. I've heard that they're considering changing it up a bit, but not in time to help me! Frustration, frustration...

I called the Denton Student Records office, and they said that they didn't have NET scores--That they were sent directly to the nursing school.

I had originally called the Records office to see if they had received my latest transcript because my grades hadn't yet posted. They did received them on December 16, but they won't be posted for at least another two weeks. That kind of freaks me out because I want to make sure everything gets posted correctly. I want to leave nothing to chance, you know.

Hey everyone I just submitted my application. Don't wait for the grades to post to apply. I just talked to student records and they said it will take up to three weeks to process grades. I can't believe it's time to start the whole application process. Waiting is the worst. Good luck everyone
