Is anyone out there applying for the fast track program starting in the summer for the Dallas campus? I am applying. Will have my pre-reqs completed in January. I am very stressed about them only accepting 30 students!!! Does anyone have any thoughts, concerns, anything??!? I think I am going crazy waiting for April to come to know if I got in or not!
i'm taking patho and pharmacology this semester, but not for credit at TWU. 'im taking them through DCCCD just in case i don't get into TWU, and other schools in the area are likely to accept those classes if taken at another school, which TWU does not. so, i figure, worst case scenario is that i have to retake patho and pharm if i get into TWU, but maybe, if i do, maybe it won't be as stressful since i'll have taken it before. i'm trying to think positively...

why can't you take them at TWU and then transfer them if you need to? that way you don't have to take them twice and the classes still count at all locations.
i know, it sounds like a ridicuous plan, doesn't it?
i couldn't get into the patho class at twu (the time wouldn't fit into my work schedule) and the online sections were closed to non-nursing students. and they won't let me into pharm at twu because it's an upper-level nursing class (patho is a biology class, so it's possible i could've taken it there, if i could find a workable time). oh well, i'm not complaining about having to work it this way...i'm hoping it works out to my benefit regardless of how many times i have to take it.
