TWU Applicants Spring 2011

Hello Everyone,

Well I am currently looking to apply to TWU for Spring 2011. I thought it would be nice to start a thread because I am sure we will all need a good support system. The whole application process is so STRESSFUL!

Hi Everybody!

I just found this thread, and I wish I had found it sooner so I could have shared in the anxiety and worrying because I know I had plenty to share! =)

I received an acceptance email thru my TWU account on September 28th, and then an acceptance letter in the mail a few days later.

The email had an attachment that I had to fill out and return by October 7th at 5pm to confirm my acceptance. The letter said the same as the email and had the attachment printed out with it to fill out and return.

Maybe it is as bharvey2 said, and they are informing the top percent first and they will see how many of those respond and how many choose acceptance elsewhere, then they will probably send out the rest of the acceptance letters.

Congrats Ambergail37! Did you apply to the weekend program or the regular program? If regular, are you going to Dallas or Houston?

I got accepted today! I was offered a choice of either Houston or Dallas. Soooo happy right now.

Thank you! I only applied for Dallas, a move to Houston isn't a possibility for me.

I would have thought I was for sure in the top percent of applicants but I haven't received an email yet. I'm only applying to the Houston location, so perhaps those haven't gone out yet.

Last semester they didn't go out at the same time either, so it's very likely you are correct!
