Guy gets dragged in by his buddies at 2am with a GSW clear through the calf. He was just walking by minding his own business when these guys he doesn't even know shot him in the leg! Amazing how these innocent bystanders always manage to get themselves shot! *eyeroll*

I understand not wanting to be a nark.. But if people are shooting you, there's a good chance they will kill you next time. But I guess narking could get you killed too

Just an FYI, the pain from a tattoo gun is nothing compared to having a cannula placed! I have had 4 IVs placed in my foot, it's a whole new pain category!!!

I understand, and I have two tat's and a navel piercing myself. I've also had IV's placed as well. But to say you are allergic to needles while covered in tatttoos is bit of stretch.

Youngish guy comes in stating "I'm in New a fib!!!! You need to cardiovert!"

Triage trys asking a few questions to see what has happened and why he thinks he's a new a fib.

He states "I'm a nursing student, I know what is going on and my mom is a nurse and we talked on the phone and she said I need to come in RIGHT AWAY!!"

Much to nobodies surprise except his, he had a normal sinus rhythm.... Maybe he should stop smoking so much pot.
