Well I took the NCLEX-PN today. I sure don't feel like I did very good. I got 85 questions...took me about 65-75 minutes. I guess I did really good or really bad since I only got 85 questions. I know i got the last question right but I know that doesn't mean anything. I honestly don't feel that the questions were really easy or really hard. A few of them I thought were easy so I figured I missed the question before. However, a lot of them I don't think I really had a clue! I got a lot of priority questions and I think maybe that's why a lot of them I wasn't sure of because they all were probably right but just determining which one comes first. I tried using Maslow's, ABC's, and nursing process but I don't think it helped! I got 2 click all that apply questions, probably about 10 med questions which is unfortunate becomes pharmacology is not my thing and they were all on side effects or the action. I don't think I got one peds questions, a few OB, and no dosage calc. I really think I failed though...honestly I don't know what to think! Now comes the worst part...waiting. I sure hope I don't have to go through this again!!!
Boy can I relate! Studied the NCLEX Review book & CD - ROM from the day I graduated until the day of the test. Took a friend to wait for me while I took it. Finished the test in 1 hr. It shut of after 85 questions and I felt I'd missed 2/3's of them. When I came out of the exam room, my friend was surprised expecting to have to wait for hours, I burst into tears telling her it doesn't take long to flunk a test. All the way home and until I got my results I kept looking up the answers to the questions I was given, fearing the worse for the 48 hours it took to learn that I had passed.
It sucks to be in california waited 26 days for results lol
yeah just like what i said on my last post on the other thread, those people who took their exam on the 1st or 2nd week of march dont get the results until after 4-5 weeks of their exam, trust me on this because i keep on bugging bvnpt, i call them every single day [until now] and they said that i might need to wait for more that 4 weeks. well. lets just all pray that this waiting period will be worth it.
Hi i took mine on March 24 and found out 2days later under ncbon.com at quick results you pay $7. I passed.
