What about nursing resume? Is it better to be more detailed or simple

You mean when applying for jobs? If you have little/no nursing experience then I would suggest being very detailed. But if you have been a nurse for a while and have had multiple nursing jobs, then it would be best to keep it simple and to the point (especially since most places don't like the resume to be longer than one page).

I drove to Sacramento personally submitted mine on July 21st and on july 24th i was able to see the application status @ CA breeze. We submitted transcript after 2 weeks (school got delayed in releasing it) Until now i still have not receive my ATT. I called them last week And they said my documents are complete and processed asap. Until now i havent gotten anyðŸ˜– I paid ($200) pearson vue already and i even told them that when I called BRN.

Some of my classmates who also submitted in person but like a week or 2 ahead of me, they received their ATT just last week, Im expecting mine any time now.

I emailed my payment and papers in on october 10th so tomorrow makes four weeks and I still haven't received a breeze email. I had already made a breeze account before I started this process, do you think that messed it up? Or do I just need to be patient. This is so frustrating.

Has your payment been processed yet? Nothing will show up on Breeze until the payment is cleared.

I called the board yesterday and they said it now shows my payment was processed on Nov. 6th and my paperwork has begun, yay! Still no email from breeze yet though. Is that normal?

You don't need the email to create a Breeze account. I actually never received one. I just made the account on my own

Yup thats true. U can create your own breeze account anytime after you paid & submitted papers to them. Meanwhile mine has been 3months+ alreadyðŸ˜– I'm gonna call BRN again today.

Hi all,

I just wanted to give my experience with CA BON. I came to this page the day I applied, and was shaking in my boots after reading most people's stuff. I'm moving across the count and was super worried. The best thing I can tell you from my experience is to call about 4 weeks after mailing to make sure they cashed your check, and then call again about 6 weeks later to check status. FYI, I have an active GA license, but I endorsed using IN (my original state) because they use NURSYS and GA doesn't. My timeline is below:

08/14/15 requested transcripts

08/15/15 mailed app w/hard FP cards & money order, signed up for Breeze (postal money orders can be tracked for cashing)

08/16/15 renewed Indiana through 2017; sent NURSYS verification using IN license

08/17/15 got USPS delivery confirmation application "delivered 0535 08/17/15" to BON

09/03/15 called BON 916-574-7600 has not gone through cashiering, states CB on Tues 09/08; says will be 8-12 wks from cashiering

09/15/15 Got email from Breeze to update email address; Called BON back was told file was cashiered on 09/09/15 and clock started that day; 8wk (11/11)-12wk(12/06) turnaround

10/02/15 Called BON, was advised FP's cleared but they have no further info

11/02/15 Called BON, was directed to new Processing Timesâ€ on website; advised they are working files cashiered 08/01-08/15

11/12/15 Called BON, was advised a deficiency letter was mailed 11/06 due to Social Science requirement (which I have), file would be passed on to Supervisor for further review this week (per my request)

11/13/15 MY LICENSE IS ON THE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!

I have say that I kept calling because my Breeze account NEVER updated! Total of 13 weeks from date of mailing to issue; 8.5 weeks from cashiering to issue.

I keep reading a reference to the "Breeze Date". What is the Breeze Date?
