  1. Even when I am looking to apply hours outside of the city, they need at least two years experience. Thanks for your advice, I'll look into the state hospitals!
  2. Any luck for you? I found a temporary position with UCSF through a nurse registry. Still trying to get into acute care with no luck.
  3. I went into CBRN in Sacramento Nov 13 - I received my temporary license in less than a month but since then no change in my status! I don't know what to do, I haven't been able to get through on the phones to CBRN. I know that this usually has something to do with transcripts but I brought copies of all of mine in and the representative said that they would accept them. Any advice?
  4. Thanks so much for the feedback!
  5. Okay thanks so much!

  7. What about nursing resume? Is it better to be more detailed or simple
  8. I've been working for almost 2 years BSN, does that make a difference? I do have some connections as my aunt works with Sutter but I probably won't have my CA License for another month or so.
  9. It took me about one month to get my ATT, I studied using Kaplan (in class and independently at home). I passed on my first try with 75 questions. Pearson Vue trick worked for me. Good luck! You will do just fine.
  10. Hello everyone! Wanted to get some opinions/advice. Moving to San Francisco in January - working on receiving my license now. Does anyone have any idea about the job market and about average salary? How easy is it to get a job in the bay area Thank you!
  11. Thanks! Congratulations on the temp, how did you submit your license? Directly to CBRN or mail?
  12. Also, can you use Breeze to track a licensure by endorsement? There doesn't seem to be that option :/
  13. Hoping anyone here can help! Going to California to do LIVESCAN and drop off my paperwork directly to CBRN in Sacramento on Nov 13. Move is set for mid January. Does anyone have any updated information on how long it takes when it is handed in directly? Thank you! I really appreciate it. Also has anyone had any problems with their names? My name is kind of confusing because I have two first names but on most of my paperwork I just put one.
