The comments were extremely inappropriate and stupid for a campaign rally.
The comedian is a roast comedian hence being introduced as a "roast comedian ". He called the geographical location as garbage, not the people who live there. There happens to be a waste management problem there. It was not in reference to the people. Democrats and left media assumed and made it about the people.
Just as Trump being referred to as an "existential threat to be put in a bullseye and eliminated" is very specific as Bidens "garbage comment ". Further demonstrating the fact that Trump doesn't insult everyday democrat voters but the media, other politicians etc.
