Even with this I doubt things will move forward quickly what with current unemployment issues and other economical issues happening in the US

This still does not change anything as far as employers having to prove that they have been unable to find an American first for the job. And since new grads here are having issues with finding new grad jobs and they have trained in the US, getting a visa now is going to much more difficult.

States here are actually training more and more nurses, this is what is happening in the US right now and there are more and more graduates that are coming out of school now. And they do not need to go thru immigration, but they are having issues with getting hired.

Thank you that there are people like you who shares what they know. :redpinkhe:redpinkhe:redpinkhe

Thanks for pointing it out. Direct from the horse's mouth, info is neither from immigration attorney web-sites nor from postings of nurses working in US. Facts are provided by USCIS with relevant sources and numbers. Can't get more unbiased than this.

Yes, thank you for sharing! :roll

interesting read, thanks for that

I do know there's alot of lobbying going on, we'll see

It's still hard to understand that they are laying off US nurses and still need to import new ones. But there might be a huge difference between the States?
