They bumped up our minimum passing grade point average...

...from 73 to 75. From some of the posts I've read here in the past, I guess I still have no reason to complain:lol2:

75 at my school

We need a C. According to the nursing school handbook that's a 75-77.

We take the NLN Achievement Exams at the end of every clinical class, but thankfully they don't count towards the grade.

My personal cut off is an 80, but my schools cut off is 74.

ours is 75 for the semester, but if you get below a 78 on a test you go into remediation.

Specializes in NICU.

Ours is 73 average on exam grades.

77 or C+ but we get exit hesi's every semester and passing is an 800 or you go into remediation, regardless of if you pass all classes.

Ours is 79%. Had a 78% in patho-pharm over the summer and I'm repeating it now. I've got to stay on my toes as we can only repeat 2 classes. I'm finding that cutting work hours from 35+ to 18-20 is helping a bunch!

ours is 74.5, if you get a 74.4 you fail....alot of schools do that for certain programs it seems

must make an 80 in my class for "c" 79.9 and below is failing, no exceptions.

i am okay with this.

My school's cut off for passing is an 85%! And to get an A in anything, it is a 96% or higher. It's really tough, but I guess I'd rather have the higher standards. :)
