How long did you have to wait until you were able to start your nursing program?

I will be done with my pre-reqs on April 26th. I start nursing school May 16th. Not much of a break so I plan to enjoy every minute of it!!!

Thats a really open question. You dont really give us a start point.

Do you want since we realized we wanted to be a nurse?

Or since we started pre-reqs?

Or since we applied, possiably with a waitlist?

I started my pre-reqs for my BSN in January 2010 and finished in August 2010 (I already had a previous bachelor's degree). Application deadline was September 1, 2010. Received an interview letter on September 3, interviewed September 15, got accepted Nov. 14 and started Jan 11, 2011. Just about to finish first semester. It's gone by so fast!

Its cool, I wasn't sure.

I have been in pre-reqs for 18months and applied for a Fall 2011 program 4 months ago (but the deadline was 2 months ago), I should hear back this week or next.

Started Pre-Reqs Fall of 2009. Finished Christmas 2010. Was Accepted in the program Feb 2011 and start this Sept. My program was lottery.
