The long, scenic route

So, as a Medical Assistant working in school health, who is graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Public Health in May, I am ready to share something with you guys.

I am applying for nursing school in the fall! I will be applying for an ADN program with intention to roll into an online BSN program immediately. I'll stay here, taking care of my 900 6-8th graders un til i get my liscense, then I'll be in the hospital for a year before I can come back to school health in my current organization.

I am really excited!

Alright, I meet the qualifications for admission, so the next step is my entrance exam! I have to schedule that as soon as I know we can pay for it.

Congrats! Nothing wrong with taking the long, scenic route, sometimes in life that is just how it works out and meant to be :) I did a scenic route also going thru an LVN program then LVN-RN bridge program.
