It's probably not related to that wildly cringey Univision townhall where he couldn't answer a question if his life depended on it, right? Did you see the looks on those voters faces when grifter grandpa rambled through unrelated word salad responses to their concise and thoughtful questions? I think he lost some voters there.
It's clear that there's trouble in Trumplandia when Trump is avoiding cameras and the spotlight. Who do you think is making these decisions? Is Trump, in his diminished capacity, still calling the shots?
Trump not doing anymore interviews is the best thing he can do. I think he wants to but his advisors discourage that. He won once doing as he pleased then lost once doing as he pleased. Now he's listening to his advisors and that is very scarry for the Democrats that have relied on exploiting everything he says and his personal style. Trump listening to the people in his cabinet is great way to win the election.

Correct. Trump needs to hide if he doesn't want the voters to know that he's mentally ill, cognitively impaired and unable to carry out the duties of the presidency.
Trump doesn't have a cabinet, he has a campaign team. When he did have a cabinet, a high percentage of them engaged in corrupt behavior and more than 40 people who served in Trump's presidential cabinet have warned that Trump is a threat to our republic and is unfit for office. Which of those people do you think Trump was listening to or is listening to now? Is he listening to the criminals from his administration or the people who wouldn't break laws to benefit themselves or Trump. We know he's not listening to Pence which is a big hint as to what kind of advice Trump might be seeking and receiving in his hour of panic.
