Temple College 2015

Hello, I just wanted to start a thread for those of us applying for the LVN or RN programs at Temple College for 2015. We can share information, discuss any concerns, talk about the HESI exam, getting cleared through the Board of Nursing, or the just nursing program in general! Those of you that are already in the program are more than welcome to chime in.

PLEASE NOTE: I am in no way taking responsibility for any wrong information given, nor will I moderate this thread. I just want to meet new friends and support one another through the process of applying and getting our acceptance letters!

So, maybe no email until tomorrow either?

Last year, they emailed alternates first, then denials the next day. And the day they emailed denials, they mailed acceptance letters

How about those already accepted into the LVN program at TC? I thought they would hear before anyone, yes?

Summer do they really send denial emails? I had no idea they did. Remember waiting for our letters. It was torture!

Yeah I can't imagine how you LVN guys feel, doesn't that program start on Monday? I can't believe ya'll are finding out so late.

I'm still checking my email every few hours. I've got my fingers crossed, I'm hoping I don't receive an email or get put on the alternate list. Best of luck to everyone! I know everything is going to work out.

Yes they do. My best friend got that awful email twice now.

MCC is SO hard to get into, they are just as competitive as TC. It is so insane. The instructors aren't too keen on helping the students. I have known several people that have been in that program, and I have applied numerous times with a 4.0...just wanted to share that with ya!
