I'm applying to the fall nursing program in January. I'm super excited but I still have some unanswered questions. I tried calling the Nursing Dept at the South Campus and left a message but have not heard a response.
I'm trying to find out what teas version they are testing with in the spring for fall entry. I have read tons of threads from TCC for the past few semesters and it is nice to start a new one for nursing hopefuls like me.
I'm taking Micro in the fall and getting a math class knocked out for BSN. Anyway, hope to get some responses.
I asked about the flu shot and Bev said it does refer to the fall shot. No worries. Also, I won't be able to do my drug screen til the week after Aug. 5, but that's not a problem either.
Thank you 3wishes for the flu shot info. I was wondering about the same too since Flu shots are given during specific months.
Hey guys!! Well I do not have any good news yet. I didn't get any letter today.... I am in the woodlands so maybe it will take 3 days to get here and not two?? The slow postal service needs to HURRY up! I called my dad about 10 times from work to see if he was home to check the mail hahaha I'm dying to know!!

I am taking it through TCC....unless I can find a better deal. So schedules should be out in a couple of weeks, right? Also....I love the idea of us meeting up before Aug for dinner/lunch/drinks to celebrate!
Just read online about the Mavs. I can never stay up to watch. Plus, I grew up in Miami Beach and now I live here so I'll be happy with either teams winning. don't kill me now people. :)
So, dreamer, now that you have gotten accepted at TCC, who are you going to choose, WC or TCC? Did you decide yet? You live in Ft. Worth right?
I dropped my acceptance form off yesterday too. I also asked about the flu shot, because I had one in October. She said it has to be done this year to count, so any in the fall of 2010 don't count. She said it will be fine to get it in September. This is so exciting. I am ready to get my textbooks now. I'm hoping to lose some more weight over the summer so I am going to get scrubs last.
