SUNY Farmingdale Spring 2015

Has anyone else applied for Spring 2015? I sent in my application/transcripts about a month ago. I spoke to a guy in admissions yesterday, he told me in about 2 weeks letters will be going out saying to schedule interviews directly with the nursing department. After all the interviews, the nursing department will chose 50 students and acceptance letters would be going out around Dec. 1st. Does anyone know how many students typically apply to this program?

My interview is this week Friday the 12th. Has anyone received a acceptance letter yet ? & how was their interview , whats some of the questions that were asked ?

What is everyone's plan B if they do not end up getting in? Especially now that it's so late in the semester I'm just curious what you would do if things don't work out? I know I put a deposit already at Stony Brook just as a health science undergrad to be on track for a bachelors degree and then I would apply to other programs for the fall. This is just such a long process! Lol

I wonder if they have given out any notifications. Like if they know for a fact you aren't going to get in they should have informed the person already? I don't know just a thought... Maybe that means good things for us since we haven't heard anything. Also I don't know if we will hear today because someone just posted earlier how they have their interview today..

I just spoke to admissions again and now they said they are going to start sending out acceptances next week. This is a little frustrating. I got accepted into other schools and need to give in my deposit for them if I don't get into Farmingdale.

i wonder what it'll say on oasis if we are denied. ie, will it say that or just stay the same saying wait listed. im sure if we were to get accepted itll change then

Nothing! Just checked, hopefully by the end of the day we'll see something changed for the good

I've checked like 3 times already today lmao! Yes I know it's only 10:15am hahaha hopefully we find out! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's good news for everyone!
