Hey guys, I was wait listed and I got a phone call this morning that someone had dropped out and a spot was available...yay! anyway, I saw some of you posting that orientation was last week, so i was wonder what were some of the things they talked about and if there was anything I had to do before classes start. thank you!

i wonder what it'll say on oasis if we are denied. ie, will it say that or just stay the same saying wait listed. im sure if we were to get accepted itll change then

Very true. I did the same and took the earliest interview and went straight to work after.

Thank you, ugh this makes me feel like they didn't like a large crop of the people they interviewed. I really hope we weren't any of them.

I took my TEAS back in July and was interviewed the beginning of November. Arh101609, I'm in the same position with work and I completely agree this is wrong. I still have to apply for loans which I hope I will able to get within this small time frame.

Mine says the same exact thing. That's so funny you mentioned that, I checked mine this morning hoping it was changed to something good

150 interviews! That just made me feel like my chances just got very slim. That would be really awkward if it was a denial phone call.

That's good to hear that they made the program larger. I read an article how nurses are high in demand, yet it's ridiculous how small the classes are for each school

Nope, nothing. Admissions told me letters go out around Dec 1st so hopefully this week we will all hear something. Really late considering classes start in January

Good luck to all of you guys, I'm almost positive I'll be getting a denial because the nursing dept. won't accept my gen psych class. I spoke directly to the head of the dept. and she told me the advanced psych class I have doesn't constitute as a gen psych class. Good thing I applied to other schools. Again good luck and happy holidays
