My favorite are the biology classes, my worst Math. I managed a C in my math class. I was so worked up over algebra I was amazed I passed! What class do you love and which do you hate? What made to horrible classes a little more berable? For me it was knowing that I wasn't the only one having pains over it. There were quite a few of us that had trouble. Give me a biology any day! Love it.

I also LOVED Biology...... Not a big fan of math and Chemistry.... I can do the math just fine, just don't like it.... Chemistry is like a foreign language to me.. :)

I love social sciences: psych, soc. I almost quit nursing altogether to pursue a career in sociology I loved it so much (and then I took my nose out of the paint can).

The only thing I truly hated was my philosophy and the law course (everyone thought they were freaking Johnnie Cochran in that class... I've never had so many headaches in my LIFE), and English. I took English before I found out about the beauty of the CLEP.

Loved: Biology mostly, Calculus, Bio and Organic Chem, surprisingly...world lit (i think the teacher had more to do with that)

HATED: Lifespan Developmental Psych!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sociology, history (boring...maybe if they acted it out :idea: ). Betcha can't figure out which I hated most! ;) Did I mention Lifespan??????:(

Love the sciences. Start A&P this fall - I'm scared and excited at the same time. Also taking college algebra - eeks! I'm signing up for my tutors now.

I loved biology, chemistry, statisitics, math (so much so I almost majored in it). ANYTHING but ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually my favorite class was Russian. Then Differential equations ... felt like I was just solving puzzles the whole class time.

Now I couldn't stand English .... until my freshman comp class. Instead of writing the wonderful BORING 5 paragraph theme papers, I got creative. For our persuassive paper, I wrote a letter to a senator asking him to support a bill. One time I made a phamphlet. Once we had to tell a story about our life... I put in pictures of me and made the paper in one section have a watermark. First time I ever got an A in English!

That is my WORST subject .... had a D in the 5th grade in spelling. :imbar

i LOVED microbiology. seeing all the little germies and finding ways to kill, control or grow them. love it.

i HATED organic chemistry. i could care less what a 2-2 trimethylhexane looks like. :rolleyes:

Alyssa, what was that again that you HATED???lol... oh Life Span.

I got an "A" in Life Span.. but it was kinda boring really.

I enjoyed the social sciences.. especially Abnormal Psych, Philosophy...etc... Math is so, so, I can convert so I'm happy..

A&P's were ok, but I had Tough instructors, very picky.

OK, just had to tease you about the LIFE SPAN !!:chuckle :D :p

the classes i most enjoyed were english i and ii and music. of the science classes, it was biology, life span, general phsy, and abnormal psych. my art appreciation class was rewarding too. my least liked classes were micro and sociology. i did learned a lot taking these course but am glad they are out of the way!

anyone taking a computer class this fall or have taken one? how was it?

I liked all but one of my classes in college, especially psych.....the more the happier I was. Math has always been my favorite subject throughout school so that ranked right up there with my psych classes. The one class that I mentioned not liking was Computer! My Computer Instructor wouldn't believe me now though.....all I do is stay on the computer. :lol2: :kiss

oh, almost forgot, i had a religion class , christian ethics... and omg, the phd was murder, i think he thought he was teaching graduate students ugh.. the nursing advisors starting telling students not to take his class, probably because so many complained..

i'm not exaggerating, you would think being raised catholic/italian, this would be a piece of cake... not.

also he was the chair of the dept. so any complaints would go to him.. and he made that perfectly clear.
