I sure hope not! I applied to a couple other schools but SBU is my first choice.

I just received an email a few hours ago from admissions stating one of my unofficial transcripts was never submitted. So I emailed it right back to her immediately after. I hope this means they've started reviewing, or at least started putting pieces together.

No, they didn't lose it. It was never submitted. I emailed it though with no issues.

Hi I also applied for the one year program at SBU. I also applied to the 2 year as well! I'm so nervous. I was reading the forum from last year they were finding out about interviews at this time! Good luck everyone!!

Is anyone else having trouble with Solar? The past few days I haven't been able to get in. I login and then it just loads and loads and loads. Nothing ever shows up. Anyone else?

Try to delete all the history and cookie on ur browser. This Happened to me quite often during last semester.

In regards to the "High volume of applicant"... They say that usually every year. It basically means that there's a lot of applications... Even if they only had 200 applicants imagine going through all the different components so if they had round about 500 it's going to be a lot regardless. They move pretty quickly though. I believe interviews will begin going out November 1st, which they definitely are doing interviews for those that were confused. I have been told multiple times that basically if you don't get offered an interview, you're not getting in... especially for one year. If anyone heard different feel free to express, but I'm pretty sure.

That email is only regarding to documents showing up in Solar because Solar take a while to update. This is what someone at SBU told me when I called.

But there are some people who have gotten interviews and still didn't get in. An interview doesn't grant you a seat. It just puts you into the next race..... Am i right? From older threads, people were getting calls and emails around this time. So i figure they will begin next week.
