Hi, I also recently applied for the 12 month nursing program at SBU, and I am wondering if they require that I take the TEAS V test.

Last year we took a basic math test and a simple writing sample. It wasn't too bad. You do it when you go in for your interview

I called them this morning after i received my Solar login info, they are starting the process

no Teas test but i still took mine and scored proficient.

I'm 95% finished with the application. Someone, please give me a kick in the ass to finish the essay and mail in my transcripts!

No, I'm just hoping to at least get to the round of interviews. At the info sessions they said that they interview about 120 candidates if I remember correctly. Then they only accept about half of what they interview, although I think they admitted more students last year than the year prior to that.
