Hello everyone,
I just wanted to submit this here to start a place where all of us who have applied to Stanford's nurse residency program can communicate. This is for cohort 39, which has a start date of August 21, 2023. I hope we all get in!

Each panel interview has 5 candidates. they will pick only one from the 5 . I think they are hiring 89 total for Cohort 39
ah well in that case. Hi if anyone was on pannel for Clinical Research and trials at 9:30 plz let me know if they reached out to you already so I can take the L ?either way congrats ❤️

I'm not sure if they will only pick one for every panel, a classmate and I interviewed in the same clinical trials panel group and were both invited back for a second interview :))
Does anyone have a second interview this week too? In person or zoom?
I was hoping mine would be next week as I am barely recovering from the intense panel interview and was invited for in-person.
I don't even know where to start prepping as the unit manager said that the behavioral questions are a bit different from the panel. Any advice?

Mine is next week and they gave me an option to do either but I had to opt for zoom bc I'll be out of the area!
My friend had the 2nd one today and said that it was more of "getting to know you questions". They didn't get asked any additional behavioral questions!
Congrats to those with a 2nd interview! Yeah it's probably more like 1 out of 5 will be chosen for a 2nd interview ... it would be too hard to choose just one from each group if there were say, 3 really strong candidates and different managers from different units were interested in each?
I just interviewed for surgical div 2 yesterday afternoon and I agree I was fried after! The experience was great though, no matter what happens.
