  1. They give you a whole 24 hours to respond before they move onto the other applicant.
  2. I just got an interview invite for their surgical unit!! 12:06 PM!! Inpatient surgical was my #2 choice, while Inpatient Medical was #1 and Inpatient Oncology was #3.
  3. I and the rest of us who is going through this needed this... Thank you so much...!
  4. I want to know too... Like whaaaat, 1 out of your panel group?! ??
  5. Same! I had a piece of paper, wrote key words, and made sure I hit all points. I interviewed for medicine division 1, I believe the interviewer said they'll be doing callbacks for this unit until June 30th? (Can anyone confirm)
  6. I was the very first one to be asked about the question. They asked "who you are (summarize your resume) and why nursing.” and then I just answered it based on the question they asked. However the other candidates stated answers to "why stanford" instead of "why nursing.” I also had kept all my answers less than 2 minutes for each question and felt like the other candidates had more longer answers. I was stressed that I should have made my answers longer. ?
  7. I forgot to answer this as well. I didn't hear clearly and I thought they said why nursing in general, not stanford nursing. ?
  8. Yes! Thank you! What matters is that its completed and the weight is off my shoulders. Overall im gonna see this as a learning opportunity, also this is my very first panel interview so it was a great learning experience and its understandable to be nervous! If I don't get in, no need to worry! The questions were fair and I was able to at least apply most of my scenarios/situations I memorized. From what I notice all of them started with "tell us about a time when…”
  9. Just had mines today, and I felt like my interview was ehhh cause I was nervous.... Im ready to accept an L haha.
  10. Anyone know from the previous cohort how long interview answers should be? Lately my answers are around 1min 40s to 2 min max when I started practicing 2 days ago. I'm a bundle or nerves!
  11. I suggest holding onto it. A classmate from my nursing school cohort applied to last cohort (cohort 38), I remember them saying that some people cancel last minute, they may send a panel interview the night before an interview!
  12. I believe Monday and Tuesday for Medicine units... not sure if its the same for everyone in different units.
  13. I just got an interview email today for medicine (which I believe was my second or third choice) today at 12:43... Now I am a bundle of nerves, so nervous!
  14. For me I took my NCLEX on February 18, graduated December 20, 2022. I got my ATT (authorization to test January 18-19, 2023)A day after February 18, I was able check the RN.ca.gov site for your results and to show that I passed. Hope this gives an idea!
