I received a generic rejection letter from workday on Wednesday AM. I interviewed for the 2nd round the Friday prior for oncology division 2. They didn't wait until today to send me an answer like they said they would LOL. I must have done so badly haha. I did feel like they were concerned at the end that I didn't do a preceptorship on an oncology floor.

Thank you for sharing! I also had a very similar experience ? was yours for oncology division 1 or 2? My division said they were interviewing 4 and only taking 2 so just wondering if you and I were 2 of the 4!

Sure! I had 5-6 behavioral again, then a clinical question/scenario, then 6 questions about me! In total it was about 45 min! ?

Hi all! Just finished my second interview with onc! Wow, it was waaaay less stressful than the first panel interview. So those who are preparing for the second round, just be yourself! Does anyone have a second interview this week too? In person or zoom? I was hoping mine would be next week as I am barely recovering from the intense panel interview and was invited for in-person. I don't even know where to start prepping as the unit manager said that the behavioral questions are a bit different from the panel. Any advice?

Oh that's so interesting! Mine was why oncology nursing. Others have said they just got why nursing in general.
