Hi! Just wondering if anyone went to the walk-in event today and was given an offer on the spot? I interviewed w both nurse manager and senior leadership and was then introduced to HR but all HR told me was a recruiter will get back to me.

Helloooo, for those that already did their second interview, did you guys hear back yet?

I haven't had my interview yet but a friend of mine had the 2nd one for onc and those were basically the questions they were asked! Said it was more of a "get to know you" type of interview and was very relaxed. But they did get asked one clinical scenario! I wouldn't sweat it just yet if I were you! As long as you showed your authentic self and showed your personality!

Mine is next week and they gave me an option to do either but I had to opt for zoom bc I'll be out of the area! My friend had the 2nd one today and said that it was more of "getting to know you questions". They didn't get asked any additional behavioral questions!

Hello everyone and congrats to those who moved on to the second interview! For those who haven't received a call back yet, I knew people from the older cohorts who had call backs later in the evening, so don't lose hope! Just a follow up q for those that got a 2nd interview, is yours in person or online? I had the option to pick and I opted for online since I won't be in the area at the time but I would've much rather do it in person!
