argh, deadline for nursing school was oct. 15, and they said acceptance letters do not go out til the end of the month to november. the anxiety is killing me

What is your GPA and/or points for your school of choice?
GPA overall - 3.64 (UTT Core curriculum plus nursing pre-reqs only)
GPA on pre-reqs - 4.0
points for school - 83.18 out of 100
When is your school's deadline? September 15
I got my acceptance letter today! :yeah:Now I just have to pass this semester (Microbiology, Concepts of Nursing, and Pathophysiology). Oh, and buy my PDA...

They need to have a universal nursing application timeline or something! -lol- I'm so jealous of those who know if they're in or not already. :yelclap: Plus, that would mean less harassing for the NS staff. :lol2: Well, I shall continue on with my mid-November wait. :no:

I wanted to start a support thread for all of us that will be applying for the Spring 09 start. My hope is that we keep this thread alive through the process and keep each other encouraged! Nursing School is hard enough to get into!

I am have applied to Washington State University

My GPA is 3.88

Acceptance letters go out Nov. 15th

I just got accepted to the nursing program at Cal State Univ. Long Beach (Spring 09). I hope i get into the trimester program after the first semester anyway

I start later january...i really worked hard for it...n i feel like the happiest person in the world... :yeah:

I just found out I got accepted last night for a January start. The wait has been so long--I was rejected last year due to my GPA--that I am not as excited as I thought I would be!

Maybe the shock just needs to wear off.

Congrats to Ladypie and arshputhota for both getting accepted. :nurse: I am soooo excited for everyone that is getting accepted and updating the thread, it has truly served it's purpose! Good luck to the rest of us (including me :chuckle )that is still waiting :up:

I'm in the same boat... they said around Thanksgiving for our letters at the earliest!! :cry:
