Spring '08 Grades!!!! Be Proud!!

Just a quick question, well kinda...
I am taking A/P1 this summer. This is the only class that I am taking because I would like to make a A. What are your secrets?
I just want a A but that is a difficult class, I have heard...any input?

Listen to other lectures online, ask LOTS of questions, and read your notes daily. Remember that each chapter you study is building on the ones before and that they ALL tie into each other in various ways.

I couldn't get into any of the other classes that I wanted this semester so I ended up just taking Anatomy (our school splits Anatomy and Physiology into 2 separate classes).

Today I found out that I got my A - Yay!!!

I'm signed up for Micro in the fall and I'd love to take something else with it, but everything else was full - again.

Got a B-, the lowest grade so far in nursing school. I am a little disappointed simply I had a horrible instructor who only read the powerpoint to me. I spent hours trying to understand the materials. She gave one exam, only one person passed out of 20. She ended up curving the exam, in which I ended up passing. Her exam questions were almost impossible to get right. She was using numerous sources, the book would say something different from her notes. The whole class was frustrated. I felt I could have gotten an A if I had a different instructor. Anyway, I passed, moving on to Meg Surg 4.

I just wrapped up my spring semester. With hard work, a lot of prayer, and awesome instructors I ended up with the following.

Psych = A

Soc = A

Chem 1101 = A

I have my LAST TEST in Intro to Sociology tomorrow morning. I scored 100% on the first two tests, and will hopefully get the full 25 pts on the paper (teacher said as long as the paper was YOUR OPINION and followed the assignment guidelines 3 pages and 3 references that you would get the 25 pts). Didnt study as hard for this test as the first 2, but I still think that I will do well. Preparation for Allied Health and Speech this summer and then A&P I and Psych 101 in the fall.

So far I have:
French A
Nutrition A
am waiting for my Chemical Science grade, and I have my A & P final tonight (AAAGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

So I got my Chemical Science grade: B-

And my A and P 1 grade: A

If I add on last Semester's Biology grade (A) my GPA so far is 3.66!

I hope that I can continue to do well, I know I'll never have a 4.0 but hopefully my grades so far will help get me into a direct entry MSN in Fall 2009!!!!!!
